Are you a proactive and professional Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer who is looking for a new challenge which is not focused around fee earning? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a reputable local firm based on the outskirts of Ripley who truly care about their team and the quality to clients.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Current or recent experience within a Conveyancing role
- Confident with being the first port of call for queries from the Conveyancing team
- Solid understanding of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold
- Confidence to support other team members
- A natural desire to drive the department to the next level
- Excellent IT Skills to use Case Management Systems
The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional support to the Conveyancing team and the firm’s clients, in a firm where quality over quantity is the focus.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Proactively providing supervision and support to Conveyancing colleagues
- Identifying & implementing new processes and a new Case Management System
- Ensuring compliance with the firms policies and procedures
- Handling a small caseload of conveyancing matters
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £45,000 - £60,000
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Family first approach to working including flexibility.
