We are working with a growing technology-led business that is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee both People (HR) and Finance operations. This is a key and varied role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to support business growth by ensuring efficient processes, strong financial control, and a positive, well-managed working environment.
The Role
As an Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day people and finance operations, working closely with teams across the business to ensure everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Finance Operations: Managing accounts payable and receivable processes. Overseeing direct debits and ensuring timely payments. Monitoring and reporting on outstanding debt and implementing processes to reduce this. Acting as a key point of contact for finance queries from customers, suppliers, and external accountants.
- People (HR) Operations: Managing HR administration, ensuring records and systems are accurate and up to date. Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes. Supporting performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles. Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
