We’re supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters, with the full freedom and flexibility of working from home. You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including but not limited to:
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy and restructures
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination
- Disciplinary procedures and grievances
- Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals
Qualifications / Essentials
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to provide expert advice on a number of matters
- Ability to manage own caseload
- 5 years + PQE
- Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
- Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work
- Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent
- Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
- UK-based, able to work fully remotely
