We are working with a well-established legal practice that is looking to expand its Conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing secretary to join a busy, supportive environment and further develop their career in residential property law.

The Role Working closely with experienced conveyancers, you will play a key role in supporting the residential property transaction process and ensuring matters progress efficiently for clients.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Current or recent experience working as a legal secretary ideally within conveyancing Proven experience of audio typing/copy typing Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and case management systems Confident professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills, both written verbal Strong organisational skills with fantastic attention to detail Within this position, you’ll also be: Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner Digital dictation Supporting across a wide range of residential matters Supporting with Land Registry Portal Submissions Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing photocopying, diary management Assisting other members of the department as required...
