Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their Learning & Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across a business to develop learning strategies that improve performance and support long-term organisational success.

Working closely with leaders across multiple departments, you'll identify capability gaps, understand business challenges and develop structured learning programmes that support onboarding, compliance, career development and continuous improvement.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll play a key part in shaping learning initiatives, influencing stakeholders and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
  • Partner with managers and stakeholders across the business to identify learning and development requirements.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and develop effective training solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Design, manage and continuously improve end-to-end learning journeys.
  • Support onboarding, compliance training, professional development and career progression initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership teams, managers and cross-functional departments.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness using performance data and capability metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure learning programmes meet governance, compliance and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Learning & Development colleagues to deliver a consistent and engaging learner experience.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability development across the organisation.

Hours and Salary

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm with an early finish Fridays
  • Free Onsite Parking

Within this position, you’ll also be

  • Proven experience within Learning & Development, Training, Capability Development or a Learning Business Partner role.
  • Experience carrying out learning needs analysis and designing effective learning programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of learning design, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using performance data and business insights to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working within operational, customer service, technical or service-led environments would be advantageous.
