We’re supporting a well-regarded and growing law firm who are looking to add an Employment Lawyer to their established and high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment professional to join a supportive practice that provides practical, commercially focused advice to both employers and employees.
The Role
You’ll be handling a varied and interesting caseload, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team is known for its pragmatic approach and strong client relationships, and you’ll be trusted to manage your own files while working collaboratively with colleagues.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in employment law (applications from more senior candidates are also welcomed).
- Is confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Has a solutions-focused, commercially minded approach.
- Ideally has experience acting for both employers and employees.
- Takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
- Communicates clearly and professionally and enjoys building strong client relationships.
