Workshop Engineer

Are you a skilled Workshop Engineer and Welder/Fabricator looking for a hands-on role within a high-performing team? This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of industrial and building sector projects, delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and modifications. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: MIG welding and Fabrication experience Familiar with workshop fabrication equipment Ability to work unsupervised Workshop / Site work Own tools and a full clean driving licence and own transport is required due to location UK driving licence Within this position, you’ll also be performing: On-site servicing and repairs of motors and pumps Onsite welding repairs of handrails, skips and shipping containers Workshop-based engineering and welding Salary & Working Hours Salary is £31,000 – £35,500 per annum plus overtime Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 with some Saturday mornings as required Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
