Are you highly organised, analytical, and confident working with data and scheduling systems? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operations team as a Workload Planning Controller, ensuring resources are planned effectively to deliver excellent service. You\’ll play a key role in balancing engineer and contact centre workloads using automated scheduling tools, supporting efficient operations and a great customer experience. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Experience working with automated scheduling platforms in a similar planning or coordination role Proven track record in using data and reporting to drive effective operational scheduling Strong skills in resource planning, diary management, and workload allocation Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Confident working with Microsoft Excel and other data tools Minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English Within this position, you’ll also be: Using an automated scheduling platform to manage and optimise field engineer and external agent workloads against resource capacity Managing diary downtime and scheduling to ensure efficient use of both field and contact centre teams Maintaining and updating planned workload schedules using Salesforce and Monet platforms Overseeing diary housekeeping to release and control maintenance capacity effectively Analysing data sets, dashboards, and workstreams to inform accurate scheduling decisions Ensuring close alignment between data management and operational workload planning Liaising with field and contact centre management teams to make resource recommendations and maintain scheduled compliance Salary, Hours and Benefits £32,000 per annum plus bonus Monday to Friday – Office hours 25 days holiday plus banks Excellent pension scheme Teambuilding events Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
