A superb opportunity exists for a proactive, professional and friendly Senior Family Solicitor to join a reputable firm based on the outskirts of Coventry on a full time basis.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Current or recent experience within a Senior Family Solicitor role
  • Experience with Divorce and Financial Dispute cases
  • Comfortable with a varied case load to include divorce proceedings, financial matters upon divorce, Cohabitation & Separation Agreements and Family Law Act applications
  • Confidence to empower clients and fight for their rights
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail and able to communicate effectively
  • Excellent IT Skills to use Case Management Systems

The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent service to the firm’s clients, whilst contributing to the success of this busy department with skill and expertise.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Proactively managing and dealing with a caseload of varied family files
  • Using Case Management Systems and other online tools
  • In possession of superb client care skills
  • Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy and demanding environment
  • Excellent with time management and interpersonal skills
  • Excited to assist in the development of the department and team
  • Ensuring compliance with the firms policies and procedures

Salary is £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, full time.
