A fantastic opportunity exists for a Post Completions Assistant to join a progressive law firm with an excellent reputation based on the outskirts of Tamworth on a full time or part time basis. To be considered for the Post Completions Assistant role, you’ll require the following essentials: Current or recent experience within a post-completions role in residential conveyancing Solid understanding of the Land Registry process, SDLT submissions and lender requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Confidence in communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties Proficiency in using Case Management Systems and online portals This is a great opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join a friendly, supportive team.
