Paralegal/Fee Earner - Conveyancing

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Current or recent experience within a Residential Conveyancing role Ability to independently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions Excellent communication and client care skills Confidence using Case Management Systems and online search portals Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive and professional approach to work The purpose of the role is to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters whilst delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will work closely with colleagues across the department and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.
