Our client is recruiting for a highly skilled Office Manager to join a dynamic team in their South Derbyshire offices This role involves overseeing critical administrative, HR, and operational functions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and service standards.
To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:
- Proven experience managing teams and office operations in a professional services or Legal environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
Within this position, you ll also be:
- Lead the coordination of day-to-day workflows, ensuring smooth operation across legal services teams
- Collaborate with senior management to monitor and report on team performance against key metrics
- Implement technology solutions to optimize workflows and enhance client satisfaction
- Oversee client issue resolution, escalating matters when necessary and ensuring successful outcomes
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and regular check-ins to maintain team motivation and performance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, including holiday tracking, absence management, and training plans
- Manage the firm s office environment, ensuring resources are in place to support business activities
- Coordinate with external providers for office repairs, IT setups, and health and safety compliance
- Oversee first-aid and fire-safety protocols, ensuring up-to-date certification and training
Salary & Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
£30,015 – £37,000 per annum
Annual Bonus scheme
