Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join our client’s well-established law firm based in the outskirts of Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s busy Corporate team, working on a broad range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client relationships.\\nTo be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:\\n * Current or recent experience working as a Secretary within in a Corporate or Company Commercial department\\n * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously\\n * Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service\\n * High level of accuracy and attention to detail\\n * Confident Page turning large documents and using Track changes\\n * Strong audio dictation skills\\nWithin this position, you’ll also be:\\n * Assisting fee earners with a variety of corporate transactions and company secretarial work\\n * Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation\\n * Managing due diligence exercises and data room organisation\\n * Maintaining accurate records and assisting with Companies House filings\\n * Liaising with clients, external advisors, and other departments in a professional manner\\n * Providing administrative support to the Corporate team as required\\nSalary & Working Hours\\n * Salary is £25,000 – £30,000, depending on experience\\n * Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm\\nTalk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.\\nTalk Staff Recruitment act as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.\\nSee our website for more details and jobs available – (url removed)
