We are supporting a highly regarded professional firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Partners. This is a key role within the business, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The Role
- Providing comprehensive admin and diary support to Senior Partners, this is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
- Excellent diary management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and plan ahead
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, professional work
- Strong IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- A professional, approachable and relationship-focused style
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Extensive diary management and coordination of complex schedules.
- Drafting and managing emails and correspondence on behalf of Senior Partners.
- Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Booking travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
- Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings, parking and hot desks.
- Managing expenses and processing invoices.
- Supporting senior recruitment activity, including arranging interviews.
- Maintaining internal records, spreadsheets, and intranet content.
- Providing full administrative support for Partner and Director groups.
- Coordinating Management Board and committee meetings, including:
- Requesting agenda items
- Preparing agendas and board packs
- Collating presentations
- Monitoring attendance
- Taking minutes and distributing actions
Hours and Salary
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm although some flexibility will be required
- Hybrid working model
- £40,000 per annum plus bonus
- Healthcare benefits
