We’re supporting a growing, people-centred business in Nottingham who are looking for a Customer Service & Telesales Advisor to join their enthusiastic and friendly team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and contributing to sales activity in a positive and rewarding environment.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a supportive office team, handling a blend of inbound customer service enquiries and outbound calls to existing customers. Your role will involve helping customers place orders, sharing product updates, and ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation’s commitment to exceptional service.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails in a warm, professional manner
  • Resolving customer enquiries quickly and accurately
  • Processing orders, returns, and general account updates
  • Providing clear product information and support where needed
  • Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Making outbound calls to existing or previously active customers to share promotions, new ranges and seasonal products
  • Following up on enquiries and converting them into confirmed orders
  • Building strong ongoing relationships and understanding customer buying habits
  • Meeting achievable monthly activity and conversion targets, supported by full training
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods to keep the workflow running smoothly
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

Hours and Salary

  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday - 8 - 5pm / Friday - 8 - 4pm
