Our client, a forward-thinking law firm are currently looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team in Nottingham. If you’re passionate about supporting clients with a wide range of Real Estate matters and you’re eager to provide the best client experience then this may well be the role for you. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Qualified with PQE as a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor Experience handling busy and varied commercial property caseloads Technically strong with an eye for detail Excellent communicator who possesses excellent client care skills The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change. Within this Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor position, you’ll also be: Managing a varied caseload of Real Estate matters including Landlord and Tenant, Property Development, Freehold acquisitions and disposals and Property Finance Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes Demonstrating excellent technical ability and drafting skills Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication Displaying strong commercial acumen in managing cases and advising clients Staying updated on legal developments and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base Opportunities for progression are available within this firm, you will have access to a wide range of benefits alongside a competitive remuneration package. Salary & Working Hours Salary is £40,000pa – £75,000pa depending on experience Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday All levels of experience from NQ to 10Yr+ PQE will be considered.
