We are working with our reputable client based in Belper to recruit an individual with attention to detail and diligence to join their resource team. You will be managing workload against the available resources and providing rota management assistance.
To be considered for the role, you will require the following essentials:
- Experience within an administrative or resource management environment/role
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office & resource management tools & databases
- Excellent customer service
- Creation and analysis of reports
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Within this position, you will be:
- Maintaining & updating databases and records
- Updating management of resource absence
- Scheduling & coordinating allocation for training, annual leave and downtime across the business
- Monitoring resource utilisation and supporting accurate forecasting for future needs
- Ensuring timely availability of resources & smooth operational workflows
- Preparing clear reports on resource usage & availability
- Supporting capacity management through the internal platform and facilitating resource related meetings & communication
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is Β£25,560 per annum plus bonus. Monday to Friday, 7am starts during peak times. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Excellent pension and benefits package. Ongoing training and development.
