Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor Hybrid. Sector: Building / Construction. Company: One of the UK’s largest privately owned building main contractors, circa 1 billion turnover, working across a range of sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Blue light.

As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Senior Design Manager / Technical Manager to lead a team of Design Managers working on a major multi million pound hospital project, ideal opportunity for long term local work with circa 5 + years work on this project alone. Mix of site based and remote work.

REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Knowledge of Building Sector.
  • Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator.
