Lead MEP Manager / Lead Building Services Manager – (Major Healthcare project) – Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor – Hybrid.
Sector: Building / Construction (Project is located with good commuter links from both Yorkshire and the North West, open to consider candidates based locally or alternatively candidates willing to lodge away during the week).
Company: One of the UK’s largest privately owned building main contractors, circa £1 billion turnover, working across a range of sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Blue light.
As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Senior / Lead MEP Manager to lead a team of M&E Managers working on a major multi million pound hospital project, ideal opportunity for long term local work with circa 5 + years work on this project alone. Mix of site based and remote work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a M&E Co-ordinator, Building Services Coordinator, M&E Manager, Building Services Manager or Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Designer, Project Engineer, M&E Supervisor, M&E Project Manager or M&E Project Director or similar.
- Previous Main Contractor employment would be ideal but not essential, Engineering Consultancy and M&E Subcontractor backgrounds also considered.
- Previous experience on healthcare / hospital projects and experience leading a team.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc)
REMUNERATION:
