Location:
Seeking a number of permanent Project Managers, new sites starting across a number of locations nationwide, so open to consider candidates residing UK-wide, as several vacancies available.
(For candidates that are flexible to travel / stop away from home, they also offer an attractive inconvenience allowance, in addition to accommodation paid and dinner allowance)
Requirements:
To be considered for this Project Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
– Knowledge of the Building Sector.
– Previous employment as a Construction Manager, Build Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or equivalent.
–Previous Industrial and distribution centre buildings project experience would be ideal, but not essential, civils / highways projects also considered particularly transferable.
– Previous main contractor employment history is essential.
– Strong awareness of health and safety legislation.
– High level of communication skills.
– Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
