Opportunities available for both Preconstruction Managers / Design Managers and Bid Managers.

COMPANY:

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and fast-growing workload.

This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager, Bid Manager, or a Preconstruction Design Manager to work on education projects/frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the Building Sector.
  • Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
  • Ideally, previous experience on Education projects.
  • Will also consider candidates with experience on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction/tender experience.
  • Previous Main Contractor employment is essential.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).

REMUNERATION:

The successful Preconstruction Manager will receive:
