Role:
Help develop and deliver high-quality gameplay and level assemblies for AAA Unreal 4 projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop fully realised and working level environments for use in large-scale game worlds.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Design & Art teams to assist in delivering polished and immersive gameplay experiences.
- Create and maintain game logic for scripted level events and supporting gameplay systems.
- Work within the specifications of the project and technology being considerate and thoughtful of the player journey and experience as well as working to prevent potential issues that may cause gameplay bugs/problems.
- Realise and build fully playable levels and events from prototypes and whiteboxing to a final high-quality end product.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this Game Designer / Level Designer role you must meet the following criteria:
- Excellent understanding of gameplay design principles applicable to co-operative adventure and multiplayer games.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of Unreal Engine's tools and level creation pipeline.
- Ability to learn proprietary level design toolsets quickly and efficiently.
- Good understanding of a 3D package (preferably Maya).
- Strong understanding of content structure and management of asset pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Blueprint logic and gameplay logic assembly.
- Understanding of core single and multiplayer level design principles (Desirable).
- Practical problem solving applicable to game world environments (Desirable).
