The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The main scope of this role is the assistance and preparation of pre-tender and tender programmes, method statements and working with the Projects Managers and their teams in delivering projects safely, on time and defect free. Ensuring that all programmes are compliant with the project requirements will be a key objective.
Requirements
- Previous employment as a Planner or Site Manager / Engineer that has had exposure to Scheduling and Programming.
- Previous experience on construction / building projects such as Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential or Leisure is essential.
- Previous main contractor employment.
- Planning software, ideally Asta power project and other MS packages. Ideal but not essential.
- Tender planning experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Confident and well organized.
- Results driven.
- High level of communication and client facing skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
