ROLE:
As BREEAM Assessor your role will include:
- Lead on day-to-day delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post construction stage.
- Chairing meetings with design and site teams, advising them on how to maximise BREEAM credits.
- Ensuring the information needed for the assessments is collected and reviewed.
- Preparing reports for submission to Building Research Establishment (BRE).
- Provide regular updates to project team members and pursuing information.
- Respond to the BRE on quality audit reports.
- Producing and keep up to date the regular tracking schedule.
LOCATION:
Pretty much fully remote working with around 1 -2 days site visits per month. Flexibility to visit sites nationwide required. Ideal opportunity for work life balance.
COMPANY:
My client is a leading privately owned building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of several BREEAM Assessors to join their In-house BREEAM team, working across a range of sectors including Industrial / Distribution, Student Accommodation, PRS and Hotels.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this BREEAM Assessor role you must meet the following criteria:
- Previous employment as a BREEAM Assessor / Sustainability Engineer / Consultant
- Previous experience / knowledge of construction / building projects
- Previous employment with a consultancy or main contractor.
- Qualified and experienced BREEAM Assessor
REMUNERATION:
The successful BREEAM Assessor will receive:
- Competitive Basic (Dependent on experience)
- Car Allowance
- Pension (very competitive)
