COMPANY:

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload. Due to organic growth, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of an assistant preconstruction manager.

(Previous experience on Student Accommodation, Hotel or Apartments projects would be ideal but not essential).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Building Sector.
  • Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer or similar.
  • Ideally previous experience on PRS, Hotels and Student Accommodation projects.
  • Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects.
  • Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

The successful Assistant Preconstruction Manager will receive:

  • Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
