Opportunities available for both Preconstruction Managers / Design Managers and Bid Managers.

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager or a Preconstruction Design Manager to work on education projects / frameworks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
- Ideally previous experience on Education projects.
- Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience.
- Previous Main Contractor employment essential
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
