This established company who develop and supply consumer goods to major retailers across the UK and Europe are growing and have this excellent London based opportunity.

Responsibilities in brief will include:

  • Managing and growing high profile retail business accounts from fashion retailers to supermarket groups.
  • Strategic identification of new business opportunities.
  • Taking the lead to open and manage new business across channels.
  • Presenting and leading meetings with major retailers and supporting their needs with excellent product ranges.
  • Overseeing different complex projects and taking responsibility for price negotiations.
  • Managing the overall commercial process for budgets and the P & L.
  • Management of accounts and with the support of a team overseeing seasonal product development/sampling/production/packaging and compliance.
  • Ensuring the critical paths are managed to agreed time frames.

The Person:

A strong sales and account management background that includes private label and branded goods sales of consumer products into high profile retailers within the UK and/or Europe. Well connected with major retailers; your background may be within FMCG, apparel/accessories or H & B. Highly developed strategic and commercial skills with the experience of managing budgets and P & L. Managing people directly and indirectly with a team focused collaborative approach. The position will require some travel for business.
