Lodge Initiatives are looking for a Graduate Trainee – Business Analyst / Developer to join our team based in Sandycroft, Flintshire. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of Β£24,000 – Β£26,000, dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee – Business Analyst / Developer:

As a Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer, you will embark on a structured development journey, working closely with one of our company Directors and an existing experienced Analyst / Developer to gain hands-on experience and personalised mentorship. Your first 12 months will involve a variety of impactful projects, including:

  • Conducting sales, purchasing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining databases, reporting tools, and analysis dashboards
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to improve processes and efficiency
  • Designing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
