You\’ll play a critical role in managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by tracking all inventory received, issued, transferred, and shipped Perform all data entry using the on-line inventory management system and document center Process all inventory transactions in accordance with Talgo\’s policies and procedures Conduct cycle counts of all inventory items Ensure warehouse and inventory control areas are clean, organized, and all items are properly labeled Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders Resolve discrepancies regarding inventoried items, materials, parts, components, and tools Share responsibility for seven-day/week warehouse coverage with fellow Inventory Control Specialists and the Lead Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations set by OSHA, Talgo Inc., and Amtrak Enforce applicable FRA, OSHA, FDA, and other agency rules, regulations, laws, and standards Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of SAP experience (preferred) Minimum of 6 months of experience in Material/Inventory Control, Warehouse, Forklift, Shipping/Receiving, or other Supply Chain duties High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Ready to Make an Impact?
