About the Role:
As a Blasting Technician at Talgo Inc., you will play a vital role in preparing and cleaning surfaces for trains, using various abrasive materials like sand, glass beads, and aluminum oxide. Your work will ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, supporting the production of cutting-edge trains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting or coating
- Mix and adjust air and abrasive flow in the blasting machine
- Load and unload materials to be blasted
- Clean and maintain blasting equipment and related tools
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when using blasting equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work progress and potential issues

What Weβre Looking For:
