We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud security and DevOps practices to join our client’s on-site team in London. This role focuses on embedding security across the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that applications and infrastructure are secure, compliant, and resilient by design.
What You’ll Do
- Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Implement automated security testing (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Design and enforce security policies across cloud infrastructure
- Manage secrets, identity, and access controls across environments
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance risks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate security issues
- Support incident response and security investigations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in DevOps and cloud security engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of application and infrastructure security principles
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM)
- Familiarity with container security and Kubernetes environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with security tools (e.g. vulnerability scanning, SIEM)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
- Experience in regulated industries
