We are looking for an AI Learning Experience Engineer with strong experience in LLMs and adaptive learning solutions to join our client’s on-site team in London. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI-driven learning experiences that enhance engagement and personalization for students.
What You’ll Do
- Design AI-driven adaptive learning experiences for digital education platforms
- Build and integrate LLM-based tutoring, content recommendation, and assessment tools
- Develop pipelines for content ingestion, embeddings, and semantic search
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI learning applications in production
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and responsible AI standards in EdTech
- Collaborate with product, data, and curriculum teams to translate educational goals into technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI tutoring systems
- Strong Python and AI/ML development skills
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector search, and semantic embedding models
