We’re working with a growing company in the renewable energy sector who are looking for a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a small, collaborative environment where your work will have a direct impact. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating diaries for multiple team members
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritising appointments
- Supporting travel bookings and logistics
- Handling ad-hoc administrative requests
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Supporting staff setup and induction processes
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Providing general HR administrative support
- Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience supporting multiple diaries (desirable)
