One of our favourite clients, a small and growing international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street station is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

They place candidates around the world and also have an office in Singapore. They are a brilliant team of people who socialise regularly and you will very much feel part of a growing family.

You will be working in a friendly team of 8 Account Managers placing personel around the world in different contracts building great relationships with both clients and candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities of role:

  • To liaise with key client stakeholders on personnel requirements.
  • Developing existing accounts alongside Account Managers
  • Adherence to internal administration and compliance processes as referenced in the sales handbook
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with new clients
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  • Manage and develop relationships to ensure all candidates are informed, valued, and engaged with current and future opportunities.
  • Research, identify and attract new candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements for Senior Account Managers
  • Foster referrals and recommendations for candidate pipeline
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
  • Ensure all candidate/client records on our CRM and activity reports are accurate and up to date
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation

This role would suit someone who enjoys interacting with people and who thrives in a busy environmnent. In terms of experience they are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months\’ office based experience or 1-2 years recruitment experience.

This is a hybrid role (4 days in the office, Mondays from home) and salary £30,000 plus commission (up to £50,000 average earnings).

Hours of work 8am-5pm.
