Our client is a super fast paced, entrepreneurial business in the construction space - they are seeking a Personal Assistant to work for their Director in a 1-1 capacity. This will be a very varied role with lots of responsibility and they require a flexible self starter who likes to get involved. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office in Atherton, Manchester or traveling (mostly in the Manchester area) and the rest of the week working from home. Flexi-hours will be considered. Being able to drive is essential.
As PA to the Director you will naturally assist with diary, travel and personal administration too but you will also work across the business helping where required - this might be raising quotes for clients, producing sales documentation, property management and project related support. This is a small business and pitching in with a flexible attitude is essential.
