A leading luxury hospitality group is looking for an ongoing (long term) temporary Team Coordinator to support their global sales team.

You will be based at their offices in Knightsbridge within one of their 5 star hotels.

This is a fast paced environment supporting a team of very busy Sales Managers who travel 90% of the time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with suppliers and manage the invoicing process with the head office
  • Assistance with event planning- managing invitations, supply chain and dietary requirements
  • Database cleansing
  • Liaising with Finance and Procurement
  • Managing enquiries
  • Occasional event attendance to manage the guestlist
  • Etc!

They are a lovely team of people and your role will be varied and challenging.

You must have solid administrative and communication skills.

This is a Monday- Friday role, 40 hours a week and office based.
