A specialised boutique international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street station is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This is a recruitment consultant role placing personnel around the world and managing a busy desk as well as taking on client and account management duties.
- Developing existing accounts alongside Account Managers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow business with new clients
- Maintaining relationships with candidates registered on the database to ensure current and up-to-date information on availability, work status, and understanding of existing market trends
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
- Ensuring all candidate information on our CRM is accurate and up to date and providing general administrative support to the recruitment function
