A leading international executive mentoring firm based in Mayfair is looking for a Project Manager to join their small friendly team. They work with top business executives around the world with an impressive portfolio of professionals. This is a brand new role working alongside the Client Director and a new Partner on a range of projects focused on client and mentor engagements.
You will build robust project plans, coordinate delivery with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational execution from contracting to programme completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning & Delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery timelines for team and cohort programmes.
- Forward plan programme milestones, identifying risks and managing dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain and update stakeholder maps, documentation, programme trackers and delivery workflows.
- Operational Excellence
- Standardise delivery processes and templates that enable consistency across programmes.
- Monitor delivery quality and client feedback to drive improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Build collaborative working relationships with internal teams, mentors, clients, and programme participants.
- Provide clear communication on project status, deadlines, risks, logistics, and required actions.
- Programme Administration & Logistics
- Manage contracting and onboarding of external mentors/speakers, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Coordinate key programme logistics, including scheduling materials preparation, reporting cycles, and feedback collection.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in project planning and delivery, ideally across multiple concurrent programmes or workstreams.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience building and managing project documents and tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- A self-starter with strong operational skills and the ability to manage both planning and administrative execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities with varied stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in a professional services or project-based environment is advantageous.
You do not necessarily need Project management experience or qualifications as such - they would consider candidates with project planning and delivery experience in an EA or Operations role for example.
Salary up to £57,000 plus benefits. Hybrid: 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
