We’re working with a growing company in the renewable energy sector who are looking for a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a small, collaborative environment where your work will have a direct impact. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while the wider team focuses on delivering strategic projects.
You’ll report directly to the Executive Assistant and gain exposure across admin and HR processes—ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in a fast-growing industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating diaries for multiple team members
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritising appointments
- Supporting travel bookings and logistics
- Handling ad-hoc administrative requests
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Supporting staff setup and induction processes
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Providing general HR administrative support
- Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience supporting multiple diaries (desirable)
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- A proactive, self-starting attitude
The details:
- Part-time: 30 hours per week (ideally 9am–3pm)
- Hybrid: Minimum 3 days in the office
- Contract: Ongoing temporary role with potential to become permanent
