We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on remote HR professional with at least 4 years’ HR experience to join an international HR team and contribute to the continued growth and success of an international firm.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, make an impact, and help shape HR processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Working closely with the leadership and international teams, you will support existing HR activities while identifying opportunities to improve, develop, and implement new approaches.

We are looking for someone who combines a structured and reliable way of working with initiative, flexibility, and a genuine can-do attitude. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues across countries, and approach challenges with resilience, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset.

As part of the HR team, you will contribute to a broad range of activities and have the opportunity to shape your responsibilities according to your strengths and interests. These will include:

  • Recruitment: Taking ownership of recruiting activities and supporting the identification and selection of talented professionals.

  • HR strategy and processes: Working with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and initiatives.

  • HR controlling: Supporting HR reporting, analysis, and controlling activities.

  • Global projects: Participating in international projects and supporting the ongoing development of the organisation.

Beyond these core responsibilities, they encourage you to bring your own ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and take an active role in shaping the future of their HR function.

The position is a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. They may also consider offering a permanent contract for the right candidate.
