Our client are passionate investors in the food and agribusiness - they have a small boutique office in Chelsea Harbour and an extremely pleasant team of entrepreneurial individuals who require the support of a German speaking Personal Assistant on a part-time basis, 3 days a week.
The focus of the role will be to support a team with calendar/diary management as well as occasional international travel arrangements and managing the small office. This role will benefit from someone who has an eye for formatting and updating the website using WordPress, a flair for organising events, and some social media posting (mainly LinkedIn and company news page). As this is an international business, German would be required.
In this varied role you would be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Travel management
- General office management
- PA cover during holiday/sickness absences
- Editing/formatting documents
- Events organisation
- Social media posting (LinkedIn/website)
- Updating company website and general website admin
They are a lovely office of people, with a very positive working culture. The beautiful office is located in Chelsea Harbour so it is essential you are happy and able to travel to the Chelsea Harbour 3 days per week (ideally Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays). Hours are 8-5 or 9-6 (or other, as works for you). There is parking available.
Salary circa £30-35K pro rata depending on experience - circa £19-21K take-home salary for the 3 days per week.
