One of our favourite clients, a small but international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street is looking for an Admin and Travel Coordinator to join their team. They are a collaborative and social team and the role offers great scope for progression.

They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator and Travel Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the business while coordinating global travel and logistics for consultants and staff. As part of a lovely team of four you will be responsible for the travel and logistics for candidates on international contracts, assisting with all the logistics, compliance documents and maintaining the CRM database.

There is also a lot of potential to get involved with implementing new systems and project work and earn additional bonuses for adding value. The right candidate will have previous admin, PA or travel coordination experience and degree level ideally.

Salary £30,000-35,000 plus great perks (travel abroad once a year, charity events, etc). This is a hybrid role, Mondays working from home with Tues-Friday in the office. The hours are 8am-5pm, 8.30-5.30 or 9-6pm dependent on your preference. They finish early on a Friday and start later on a Monday.
