We’re working with a growing company in the renewable energy sector who are looking for a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support their expanding team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and coordinating diaries for multiple team members
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritising appointments
  • Supporting travel bookings and logistics
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Supporting staff setup and induction processes
  • Maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Providing general HR administrative support
  • Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The details:
