You'll take ownership of a thriving account, sourcing exceptional technical talent across global markets and maintaining an already strong relationship with one of their top clients.
Combining recruitment delivery with account management and business development, you'll play a key role in maintaining an outstanding client relationship whilst also developing a new vertical within the already existing account, whilst also leading the dedicated and successful recruitment team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to successful placement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Use Business Development skills to develop a new vertical within existing client accounts.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while nurturing newer business opportunities.
- Proactively support wider team delivery to protect client/freelancer/business outcomes.
You'll be an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Proven experience in technical recruitment, account management, or talent acquisition.
