A fast growing net-zero design and construction business who specialise in delivering sustainable projects across a broad range of sectors requires an Executive PA to support their MD. Based in Wilmslow, this highly ambitious company are going from strength to strength and work on commercial and residential projects nationally with an exciting and growing client base.
This is not a traditional PA role, but more an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic Managing Director, taking ownership of his diary, inbox and day to day priorities as well as supporting on projects and keeping the business moving forward. This is a new role, working for a straight talking MD who needs a strong PA who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Coordinating travel expenses, suppliers and purchasing
- Supporting with recruitment, client meetings, presentations and BD activity
This role will suit an experienced PA or EA who has supported at MD or C-Suite level previously and has a strong level of confidence. The role is hybrid, 3-4 days a week in the office in Wilmslow (5 days per week whilst training).
