A leading global creative business based in Manchester is looking for a Chief of Staff/EA to support their dynamic CEO. This is a key role within the Executive Office, working closely with the CEO and alongside the CEO’s Personal Assistant to help ensure the effective management of priorities, leadership activity and key initiatives across the business. The role is suited to an experienced PA/EA who is looking to take on broader responsibility within the Executive Office. You will play an important role in supporting the CEO’s effectiveness by helping to coordinate priorities, drive progress on key actions and ensure alignment across the leadership team.

Responsibilities will include (although no two days will be the same):

  • Work closely with the CEO and the CEO’s Personal Assistant to support the management of priorities, meetings and key leadership activities.
  • Help coordinate the CEO’s engagements and internal interactions to ensure time is focused on the most important business priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations and reports to support key meetings, leadership discussions and strategic forums.
  • Track progress against key business initiatives and actions, ensuring follow-up and accountability across the leadership team.
  • Support the organisation and coordination of Executive Leadership Team meetings, including agenda planning and tracking agreed actions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across departments on key topics requiring CEO visibility or input.
  • Support the delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Monitor updates across key areas of the business and provide summaries or briefings where required.
  • Assist with preparing internal communications and leadership updates from the CEO where appropriate.
  • Help organise leadership meetings, strategy sessions and executive off-sites.
  • Provide structure and organisation across the CEO’s priorities to ensure clear follow-up and progress on key initiatives.

The right candidate will have solid senior EA experience or Chief of Staff experience. Salary negotiable for the right candidate. They also offer a very generous benefits package.
