We have a rare opportunity for a highly experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to support a successful high net worth businessman with a diverse portfolio of businesses across Lancashire, and internationally (real estate, medical, sports, etc.). You will be based across his two businesses in Lancashire near Blackpool area, providing primarily business-focused support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
  • Overseeing correspondence and inbox management
  • Attending business meetings alongside him
  • Assisting with financial administration
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of his affairs

The role will also involve providing private support, requiring a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to act as a trusted gatekeeper. The right candidate will have extensive PA/Private PA or EA experience supporting at high level.
