Our client are passionate investors in the food and agribusiness - they have a small boutique office in Chelsea Harbour and an extremely pleasant team of entrepreneurial individuals who require the support of a Team PA. You would provide some support to 3 to 4 Directors, as well as provide some general office assistance.
As this is an international business, languages would be welcome (French, Spanish or German) but this is not essential.
- Organising diary and travel for team who travel a lot internationally, across different time zones.
- Ordering office supplies, staying on top of IT/printer/etc service providers.
- Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required, such as expense reconciliation, raising purchase orders and assisting with documentation.
- Social media posting and website editing - again, a small part of the role but there is scope to add value.
They are looking for someone experienced and used to managing diaries and travel across different time zones. Ideally you will have a mature attitude, and be happy to help, willing to support and really look after your team with care, proactivity and consideration. They are a lovely office of people, with a very positive working culture.
The beautiful office is located in Chelsea Harbour so it is essential you are happy and able to travel to the Chelsea Harbour every day, 5 days per week.
