A digital training startup based in the UK is looking for a Business Support/Administrator to join their team and be part of their adventure!
They have just launched and require support in different areas of the business.
You would be working remotely and your responsibilities will include:
Administrative & Operations
- Support dealing with SMEs
- Research for business development activities
- Dealing with reservations, invoices, etc
- Dealing with clients
- Supporting business development activities
- Upkeeping website
Content & Marketing Support
- Creating and updating website content using WordPress
- Social media management and content scheduling
- Developing email marketing campaigns
- Creating presentation materials and pitch decks
Business Development & Sales
- Lead generation and prospect research
- CRM management and data entry
- Preparing proposals and tender responses
- Business development support
- Organising client meetings
- Assisting with the sales pipeline
Financial & Administrative
- Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Invoice processing and payment follow-up
Client Relationship Management
- Client onboarding support
- Managing client communications
- Handling client feedback and testimonials
- Maintaining client databases
The right candidate will have strong administrative experience and used to working autonomously. You must also be tech savvy and ideally have experience working with HubSpot or WordFlow or a CMS.
Hourly rate between £16-£20 an hour plus holiday.
This is on ongoing temp role with scope to become permanent.
