One of our favourite clients, a small but international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. We have worked with them for over 10 years and placed many very happy team members who have done very well. They are a brilliant collaborative and social team and the role offers great scope for progression.
The role will involve placing individuals in different contacts around the world, building relationships with candidates and clients, assisting with all the logistics and the CRM database. They have a great portfolio of clients and work in a niche industry and so do not need to cold calling etc., and they work very collaboratively. It is a really positive working environment.
The right candidate will have some previous recruitment experience and degree level ideally.
Base salary £35,000 (flexible) plus a brilliant commission structure and perks (travel abroad once a year, charity events, etc). This is a hybrid role, Mondays working from home and hours are 8am-5pm.
